Belmont Farm Distillery

Belmont Farm Distillery in Culpeper, Virginia is recognized as one of America’s first craft distilleries, founded in 1988 by Master Distiller Chuck Miller. Located on a multi-generational family farm, Belmont Farm is a true grain-to-glass distillery, growing and harvesting its own corn, wheat and barley on-site. The distillery uses a historic 1933 copper pot still to produce Virginia-made whiskey, moonshine, vodka, gin and rum under the Kopper Kettle and Virginia Lightning labels. Belmont Farm was also featured on the Discovery Channel’s Moonshiners and carries Tim Smith’s Climax Moonshine.
