- 1.5 oz Belmont Farms Chai Rum
- 0.5 oz Honey Syurp
- 0.5 oz Chai Tea
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and shake hard. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with a lemon wheel and star anise.
