- ½ oz Brown Sugar
- ½ oz Honey
- ½ Lime Squeezed
- 10 Mint Leaves – muddle and strain over ice
Fill with equal parts Earl Gray Tea *Seeped and chilled in advance and Soda Water Collins Glass Mint Sprig.
