- 2 oz Ironclad Bourbon Whiskey
- 1/2 oz vanilla-chai syrup
- 3 dashes Regans’ Orange Bitters
- Garnish: Star anise pod
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing tin with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish.
Vanilla Chai Syrup: Steep 1 tsp. of loose chai and a split vanilla bean pod in 8 oz. of hot water for 3-5 minutes. Combine with an equal amount of brown sugar. Whisk until the sugar dissolves.
