Bourbon Cream Dark Cherry Chocolate Martini
- 4 oz Tarnished Truth Bourbon Cream
- 2 oz White chocolate liquor
- 1 oz dark cherry syrup
- Garnish: chocolate shavings and frozen cherry
For the martini: Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings and a frozen cherry.
For the syrup: (4 ounces frozen dark sweet cherries, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water). Heat the sugar, cherries, and water in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Simmer for 10 minutes, reducing heat if mixture starts to boil. Remove from heat and smash cherries with a potato masher. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then pour through a mesh strainer into a glass bowl. Use a large spoon to push as much liquid through the strainer as possible. Transfer to a mason jar and store in the refrigerator.
