- 2 oz Catoctin Creek Roundstone Rye
- 1/2 oz Amaro, such as Cynar
- 1/2 oz sweet Vermouth, such as Noilly Prat, or Flying Fox Vineyards
- 2-3 dashes of Chocolate bitters
- Garnish – Luxardo cheery
Combine all ingredients over ice, stir, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry. Enjoy!
