Bloody Mary, featuring Blue Sky Distillery

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Tomato juice
1.5 oz Dog Star Vodka
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. Horseradish sauce
3 dashes of Tabasco sauce
1 pinch of salt
1 dash of freshly ground pepper
Ice
Garnishes- celery and olives

PREPARATION
Add tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish sauce, tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper to a stirring glass, mix, pour over ice, and add celery and olives. Enjoy!

Simple Bloody Mary Flight, featuring Chesapeake Bay

This is out Simple Bloody Mary Flight which includes 4 – 8 oz. glasses of our house Bloody Mary recipe. With 6 different Bloody Mary drinks we offer we took the top 4 and made a flight which has been very popular with our clientele. Simple Bloody Mary, Caprese Bloody Mary, Sassy Bloody Mary and the Ghost Pepper Bloody Mary.

INGREDIENTS
4 – 8 oz. glasses of our house Bloody Mary
Simple Bloody Mary – 6 oz Bloody Mary Fix and 1 oz Chesapeake Bay Vodka topped with Gherchen Pickle and Pickled Carrots
Caprese Bloody Mary – 6 oz Bloody Mary Fix and 1 oz Chesapeake Bay Vodka topped with Mozzarella, Basil and fresh Garden Tomato with a splash of Balsamic Glaze.
Sassy Bloody Mary – 6 oz Bloody Mary Fix and 1 oz Chesapeake Bay Vodka topped with Spicy Shrimp and Bacon on a skewer, Gherchen Pickle and Pickled Carrots.
Ghost Pepper Bloody Mary – 6 oz Bloody Mary Fix and 1 oz Chesapeake Bay Ghost Pepper Vodka topped with Gherchen Pickle and Pickled Carrots

The Sassy Tomato, featuring A. Smith Bowman

Not at all what you would expect when thinking about a tomato cocktail. The Sassy Tomato is herbaceous, light, and has a nice spritz.

INGREDIENTS
Sassy Tomato:
1.5 oz Sunset Hills Gin
1.5 oz Tomato Shrub
.5 oz lemon Juice
Splash Soda Water
Anise Hyssop Sprig
Basil Sprig
Lemon Wheel

Tomato Shrub:
1 lb Tomatoes
1 lb Sugar
1/4-1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 Stalk of Celery
A few Sprigs of Anise Hyssop
A few Sprigs of Basil
A few Sprigs of Cilantro Salt to Taste.

PREPARATION
In a shaker combine the gin, shrub, and lemon juice… add ice and shake till chilled. Splash the soda water in to the shaker and strain the entire contents over fresh ice in a high ball. Garnish with the fresh herbs and lemon wheel.
