Virginia Distillery is located in Nelson County, so I liked it for this boozy drink. Great before or after dinner drink.

1 oz. VA Distillery Highland Malt
1 oz. Cardamaro
1 oz. Broadbent ‘Rainwater’ Madeira dropper
Jack Rudy Aromatic Bitters

Add ingredients to mixing glass, then 1 scoop of ice, stir 20 seconds. Strain over large ice cube in Old Fashioned glass, garnish with lemon twist.
