This drink, along with many items on our menus, brings with it a bit of sarcasm with a pun. The name alludes to the stone fruits, the mint, and of course, Copper Fox.
Strip of Orange Peel
Juice of 1/2 blood orange
1.5 oz Copper Fox Rye
3/4 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 tsp Morello Cherry soaking brandy/Kirsch
Prepare garnish by skewering one and of the orange peel, then the cherry, and finally the other end of the orange peel, ensuring the orange side is out; place in a martini glass. Shake together the ice, blood orange juice, Copper Fox Rye Whisky, Heering Cherry Liqueur, simple syrup, and soaking brandy; pour through fine strainer into prepared glass.
