A well-made spirit doesn’t need much added to the glass. Working with the Cirrus Vodka I just wanted to add a bit of herbal and citrus flavors to create a light, refreshing and uplifting cocktail.
1 ounce white wine herb syrup
1.5 ounce Cirrus Vodka
Muddle flesh of one grapefruit segment. Add Scoop of ice shake to combine, pour into glass with tonic and garnish with sprig of rosemary.
