A refreshing play on the standard “fizz”

INGREDIENTS
1.5oz Catoctin Watershed Gin
1 oz Ransom Dry Vermouth
1 oz fresh lime juice
0.25 oz simple syrup

PREPARATION
Serve in a 12 oz collins glass with ice Top with pinch of sea salt and soda water Garnish with lime wheel
