Black Manhattan, featuring Catoctin Creek Distilling Co.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Catoctin Creek Roundstone Rye
1/2 oz Amaro, such as Cynar
1/2 oz sweet Vermouth, such as Noilly Prat, or Flying Fox Vineyards
2-3 dashes of Chocolate bitters
Garnish – Luxardo cheery

PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients over ice, stir, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry. Enjoy!

Cureo White Russian, featuring Chesapeake Bay Distillery

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Cureo Coffee Liqueur by Chesapeake Bay Distillery
1/2 oz Blue Ridge Vodka by Chesapeake Bay Distillery
1/2 oz vanilla simple syrup
2 oz half and half
Cinnamon or nutmeg, as optional garnish

PREPARATION
In an 8 oz glass, add ice and vanilla simple syrup. Add vodka, Cureo coffee liqueur, andtop off with half and half. Give a light stir, sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg as a garnish. Enjoy!

Chai Old-Fashioned, featuring Ironclad Distillery Co.

A cocktail that is perfect for crisp, cold days. It’s so tasty it’s a little crazy. It is perfect for when you have the sniffles. And just about any day after 5pm too.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Ironclad Bourbon Whiskey
1/2 oz vanilla-chai syrup
3 dashes Regans’ Orange Bitters
Garnish: Star anise pod

PREPARATION
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing tin with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish.
Vanilla Chai Syrup: Steep 1 tsp. of loose chai and a split vanilla bean pod in 8 oz. of hot water for 3-5 minutes. Combine with an equal amount of brown sugar. Whisk until the sugar dissolves.

The inspiration for this cocktail came about with… “an apple a day keeps the doctor away!” A fantastic “cure” for what my ail you this holiday season! Whether it be the weather, family or just the spirit of the season itself, this beverage will warm you inside and out!

INGREDIENTS
1 oz Catoctin Creek Roundstone Rye 92 Proof
1 oz Catoctin Creek Quarter Branch Apple Brandy
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice

PREPARATION
Serve over ice
Garnish with orange peel, Angostura bitters and apple bitters

Old Nut Job, Featuring Ragged Branch Distillery

This is a delightful seasonal twist on an ‘Old Fashioned’ using walnuts in place of fruit. Served up as a martini; CHEERS!

INGREDIENTS
2oz Ragged Branch Bourbon
1/2oz Vanilla Maple Salted Syrup*
3 Dashes Orange Bitters
3 Walnut Halfs

*Vanilla Maple Salted Syrup
– Combine, 1/2 cup pure maple syrup, 1/2 cup Sugar In The Raw, 1/2 cup water, and 1/2 tsp Kosher salt to a simmer, (stir until sugar is dissolved). Let cool before use.

PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and muddle till nuts are all crushed
Add ice and stir until well chilled
Double strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with a walnut

Autumn Harvest, Featuring Copper Fox Distillery

Celebrate all things autumn with our Apple Butter, Pumpkin Butter, and Peachwood Single Malt cocktail. One sip and you’ll be transported to a burgeoning orchard on a crisp fall day. A perfect addition to Thanksgiving Dinner.

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ Tbs Pumpkin Butter
1/3 Tbs Apple Butter
2 oz Fresh Apple Cider
1oz Copper Fox Peachwood Single Malt Whisky
1 candied apple peel or cinnamon stick
Cinnamon sugar (for rim)

PREPARATION
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. 
Rim a rocks glass with cinnamon sugar and fill with ice. 
Strain from shaker over fresh ice. 
Garnish with a candied apple peel or cinnamon stick.

Santa’s Toddy, featuring James River Distillery

The best way to end a night spent delivering gifts is with a Santa’s Toddy. Featuring Santa’s favorite spice, cinnamon, as well some well deserved navy strength gin.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Unauthorized Absence navy strength gin
1 oz Cinnamon KISS (cinnamon simple syrup)
.5 oz lemon juice
2 oz water
dash of Angostura bitters
cinnamon stick (optional)

PREPARATION
Heat gin, syrup, lemon juice, and water. Remove from heat and add bitters. Serve with cinnamon stick as garnish
