Holiday Harvest, Featuring Ragged Branch Distillery

 A cocktail inspired by the bounty of local produce from around the state of Virginia during the fall and early winter months. A fantastic tipple for the holidays.

1 1/2oz Ragged Branch Bourbon
1/2oz Grand Marnier
3 Dashes Cherry Bitters
Local Hard Cider

Fill a pint glass with ice
Add the first 3 ingredients
Top with Local Cider and stir
Garnish with apple rounds

Gather Round the Bowl Punch, featuring James River Distillery

This crowd pleaser is the perfect punch to make for holiday celebrations (or really anytime). Make ahead and actually get to enjoy spending time with your guests rather than spending all your time fixing drinks. Feel free to substitute juices or fruit depending on the holiday/season.

8 oz. Arctic Snow Vodka
2 oz. Jackson & James Rum
8 oz. Cranberry juice
4 oz. Lemonade
4 oz. Orange juice
8 oz Soda water
dash of cinnamon (optional)
Fresh or frozen pomegranates (or berries)

Combine all ingredients in a punchbowl or pitcher. Serve over ice

Watermelon Lemonade, featuring Eight Shires Distillery

Our Watermelon Lemonade was inspired by the wonderful fruit we receive from a local farm and the urge to refresh yourself during the hot summer season. The bright, flavorful watermelon paired with Williamsburg Distillery’s Yorktown rum and some fresh Lemon and Ginger Beer is a go to cocktail for a hot and humid summer day.

1 ½ oz Yorktown Rum
½ oz Lemoncello
½ Lime Squeezed
¼ oz Simple Syrup
3 oz Watermelon Juice *House made (Cubed watermelon, juice of half a lemon, dash of simple, blended and double strained.) 

Combine all ingredients, fill with ginger beer Double Old Fashioned Glass Ice and frozen watermelon cubes, lemon wheel, half sugar rim

Colombia Furnace, featuring Belle Isle Moonshine

I liked the name Colombia Furnace due to the coffee and cinnamon notes in this drink.

1 oz. Belle Isle Cold brew
1 oz. Belle Isle 80 Proof
1 oz. Pineapple & cinnamon shrub
.25 oz. lemon juice

Add all ingredients to shaker, plus 1 scoop of ice. Shake, strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

1.5 oz Tea infused Belle Isle Moonshine
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Lavender Simple Syrup
1 dash Burlesque Bitters

Rim footed AP glass with Lavender sugar, build all ingredients in a Boston glass, pack fill with ice, hard shake for at least 10 sec, dirty dump into rimmed footed AP glass.

1.5oz Catoctin Watershed Gin
1 oz Ransom Dry Vermouth
1 oz fresh lime juice
0.25 oz simple syrup

Serve in a 12 oz collins glass with ice Top with pinch of sea salt and soda water Garnish with lime wheel

Loudoun County Punch, featuring Catoctin Creek

Named after the county that Catoctin Creek was founded in, this punch is perfect for an afternoon of sipping on the porch with friends or for any party.

1 1/2 parts Catoctin Creek Mosby’s Spirit
2 parts Lemon Syrup
1 part Simple Syrup
1 part Black Tea
2 parts water
1/2 part Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters for every 8 oz of punch
Fresh Fruit and Mint for Garnish

    Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl and add ice. Make sure to stir well before serving. Garnish with your fresh fruit and mint just before guests arrive.

    Once in a Blue Moon, featuring Belle Isle Moonshine

    Fresh homemade lemonade with local, organic blueberries combines with Belle Isle Moonshine for a one of a kind experience!

    1.5 oz Belle Isle Moonshine
    4 oz Lemonade
    8 ea Blueberries

    Muddle the blueberries lightly, add Moonshine, then ice and finally the lemonade. Stir very lightly to just swirl up the blueberries.
