Using Virginia brandy and autumn flavors, we put our local take on a classic Sidecar.
2.5 oz Apple Brandy, from George Washington’s Distillery at Mount Vernon
1 oz mulling spice infused maple syrup
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz fresh orange juice
Fill a metal cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients. Stir until the shaker gets frosty. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an amarena cherry.
