6 oz Ironclad Bourbon Whiskey
6 oz apple cider
2 oz maple syrup
2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
3 whole cloves
Combine the apple cider, maple syrup, lemon juice, and spices in a small, 2 to 3-quart slow cooker set to high or saucepan. Cover and heat, stirring occasionally, 20 to 30 minutes. Add the Ironclad Bourbon and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low and serve warm with a lemon twist and freshly grated nutmeg.
